The Blog unfortunately "faded out" a little at the end of the 1YEP Program.
L.A. was a lot to take in, and right after landing back on Swedish soil MATRIX - THE SHOW was on the schedule.
And there were only 3 Weeks to get the whole production up and running.
So Blogging became very very secondary.
Which is more than understandable.
But I want try to finish the unfinished and write the same words that I wrote to all the 1YEP´ers after their Graduation:
It´s that time!
We cant even believe that 10 months have passed already.
These words goes out to my 1YEP´ers who had their last "class-day" and their graduation show last night.
We dont even know how to express in words the feelings we have.
You guys have had an impact on our lives like no one else ever had.
We have seen your ups and downs, and you have seen ours.
You have been our kids, students, dancers, friends, little brats, and our responsibility for 10 months.
And it has been intense.
Life is not only sunny.
And it´s the rainy and grey days, or even during the storms where we really learn to appreciate the sun rising.
And wow, did the sun rise last night.
You are an inspiration to us.
You did an amazing job on and off stage.
All the hard work during this Education was being poured out on that stage last night.
Like we so many times told you.
We wish you could have seen yourself with our eyes and the eyes of the audience.
We were so incredibly proud.
You have all grown so much, not only as dancers, but also as human beings.
We shared so many unique and special moments together with you guys.
Both as a group, but also individually.
The X-MAS Show, the trip to Tivoli in Copenhagen, watching Hunger Games together in the smallest Cinema ever LOL, celebrating K´s birthday at Pronto eating cake and starting to work on Matrix
Doing Maniac in the warm up LOL.....I personally know you will forever love my warm ups and the songs I used.....come on LOL
The trips to AL DANS.
Watching your reaction when Jeka stepped in as a surprise....especially Elin´s reaction LOL.....the surprise class with Shaun....Winter Drop, the David Moore video, the S**t Kingz experience, the Andye J experience.....the list goes on.....
We love you all so much, and you will always have a very very special place in our heart.
You created history with me and K.
You were the first 1 Year Education Program.
And you made it.
You all graduated with an excellent A++++++
We will miss you so much.
But we know that we will see you all again.
"Now is the time for you to shine. The time when your dreams are within reach and possibilities vast. Now is the time for all of you to become the people you have always dreamt of being. This is your world. You're here. You matter. The world is waiting"
