DAY 19 - September 24th 2014 (By Luise Knofe)

Dear Blog-Readers,
How are you doing today? I hope you are not as tired as we are right now... 
The reason why we are so tired today is because we just had a “regular” day... haha. So what's a regular day?
We started with a nice and easy jogging in the park. Since we all start to enjoy the running we pushed ourselfs today to run faster than the days before. Probably too hard (legs are hurting baaad, I can't walk anymore)
After that we just had our normal Workout Program with our Fitness-Mum Lin, she's killing us and our abs. After that we were lucky to have another two 90 minutes classes with Mr. David Moore and learned two new choreographys, that was dope. Especially the second one, where we learned “Sexy Back” (Did I mention that my legs are still hurting from the running?) 
After that we started right away with our first rehearsal with David for our Video (woopwoop!) That was the point where I realized that we only had a 30 minutes lunchbreak and I forgot to get coffee in between (note to myself: never forget to drink coffee in the lunchbreak Luise!) It was hard for all of us to make our bodies do what they were supposed to do....talking about body control after a hard day of training. The day ended with Lin's stretch which our bodies really needed.
After cleaning the studio, I went home with Simonne and we had nice burger from Burger King because we were to lazy to cook healthy food today.
We will do better tomorrow, I promise haha. I have to leave you now dear readers because as you can tell, I'm really tired and I have to go to bed early today to not be so coffee-addicted again tomorrow! Have a nice day/night.
