Dear Blog-Readers!

So nice to meet ya'll :)

My name is Luise Knofe. 

I am 25 years old from Dresden, Germany.

Last year I was the one reading this Blog and now I get the oppurtunity to write here. 

First of all that's AMAZING!

AMAZING like everything else here... but let's talk about that a bit later ;) 

I'll introduce myself a bit more:

I started dancing Ballet when I was 6 years old. 

When I turned into a Teenager I decided that I want to spend more time dancing and that I want to be on stage - so I auditioned for Palucca Dance University in Dresden.

I got accepted and I studied Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet. 

At the same time, I started dancing HipHop and Commercial Styles as I was influenced by my love for the music, Workshops, Dance Camps, and some great B-Boys from my Hometown. 

I really fell in love with the whole Hip Hop Culture and of course: mostly with the Dance.

After my diploma I started working as a dancer and teacher, did several Commercial and Theater Jobs in Germany.

I always wanted to have more knowledge, foundations and skills and I always wished for an education like this and now...here I am :D

It's so hard for me to write it down in words, how I feel when I am thinking about being here, being a part of this education, getting THIS oppurtunity to focus on myself for one year and to train my ass off everyday with all these great teachers/choreografers/dancers. 

Not to mention the 8 weeks of LA with a group of people who trained together for 8 months before.. Let's stick with these feelings:

HAPPINESS! EXCITEMENT! GREATFULNESS!

I am looking forward to see how we all will grow.. grow in dance, grow personally and grow together as one family.

A big thanks to Lin and Karsten for giving us all this AMAZING oppurtunity!!!!
