I thought Wednesday was the hardest day so far but that was before I knew how incredibly exhausting today would be!
When our schedule said that the first hour for today would be a pilates class with Camilla we all had a presentiment of danger but we definitely didn't expect her to kill us with the chest lifts, one leg circles, pilates one hundred etc…
But the sweat and tears is all worth it, this woman's body is HOT so I'm determined to keep on pushing through it!
Today he taught "Strawberry Bubblegum" (score!) which was really challenging for most of us since it was a totally different style compared to what he had taught before.
Grooves, full body control and smoothness required!
The energy in the room was so hyped, so even though the routine was hard we could all follow. Everyone went oooooff!
"Clapp for a n*gga with his rapping a**, blow a stack for your n*ggas with your trapping a**" doesn't go that well with the whole mentality of yoga (haha) but it was still nice to have a long, good stretch after a long, good day.
